Nuclear Consent Panel

I do not have concrete information about the Nuclear Consent Panel, but Ben 'Falcon' Clark gives me a good idea how could work the panel. The Nuclear Consent Panel is located on the right console.

The panel and his elements (Layout A)

Nuclear

Element Type Position Information
NUCLEAR CONSENT 3-Way switch
(Safety bar)
ARM REL This position allows Nuclear ordinance to be armed and dropped, providing consent has been received.
OFF (Safe) This position does not allow Nuclear ordinance to be dropped.
REL ONLY This position allows Nuclear ordinance to be dropped but not armed, this being used to jettison the Nuclear ordinance in emergencies. Without arming the weapon there is no danger of it detonating. Nuclear ordinance is probably not controlled by the Emergency jettison button on the Gear Panel and so this button probably works in conjunction with it allowing a pilot more control over his payload.
SUIT PRESSURE 2-Way switch SUIT PRESSURE It probably inflates a pressure suit for very high altitude flying (60k feet and up)
OFF Off

Note:
The showed panel drawing is a drawing with can be downloaded from my page Documents, plans and diagrams from the F-16.
